Alison works with corporations to improve employee engagement and wellbeing which in turn will increase productivity, improve retention, and lead to teams that can work better and more creatively together. 

 

Alison’s approach helps leaders and employees figure out personal blocks, improve individual communication skills, and make connections between personal and professional history to their current work situation.  

 

Alison will also work with teams and small groups to help improve communication, deal with conflict, respect diversity, and have a shared sense of purpose and values aligned teamwork.

Unlike many executive coaches,  Alison is able to draw on her experience working as a psychotherapist in many different settings and her prior experience in Human Resources to deliver lasting results.
